Our Team
Phil Walker
Before launching Coleford Capital, Phil was Head of Investment at a European real estate Asset Manager where he worked with Bianca and was responsible for the firm’s investment strategies and had oversight of all investment activities.
Prior to this Phil worked for Savills Investment Management as part of the Fund Team managing a £370m Core-Plus fund.
Phil has worked across all major sectors in property and has experience of institutional fund management, as well as private wealth portfolio amalgamation.
Bianca Tristao
Before launching Coleford Capital, Bianca was a Senior Investment Manager at a European real estate Asset Manager where she was responsible for sourcing, underwriting and executing UK and European investment opportunities. Prior to this Bianca worked for Knight Frank.
Bianca has worked across all major sectors in property on both the consulting and client sides, with a particular focus on transaction and asset management.
Alessandro Iovino
Before joining Coleford Capital, Alessandro was the Senior Asset Manager at a European real estate asset manager where he was responsible for overseeing a number of institutional and private portfolios in the UK and Europe in excess of £1bn in value. This involved day to day management, reporting, negotiations with tenants, refinancing, project management, disposals, and assisting the investment team on developing business plans at acquisition.
Prior to this Alessandro was a Portfolio Manager at Kuper Legh Property Co. covering several sectors within the asset class.
