We are strongly of the opinion that debt and structuring should not make or break an investment but certainly plays a critical role in the asset’s performance and risk-reward profile. Selecting a suitable debt strategy and efficient structuring not only optimises the performance of the asset but also gives flexibility on exit timing and/or re-financing. Through our extensive banking network we are able to select and tailor the relevant debt package for the chosen business plan. We have strong experience and knowledge of structuring European real estate investments and work closely with our dedicated advisors to ensure the debt and structure both suit the client’s needs whilst also providing sufficient flexibility to deliver the most appropriate business plan for the asset.
